The room was recently refurbished and reasonably large with 2 balconies and the staff was accommodating. The location was stunning, by the river, in the new area. Again, it was 1 mile from Stocky Air Flight School: D

Lovely breakfast selection of exceptional things. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a radio in the room. Location adjacent to 5 minutes drive from Mayrhofen, Zillergrund, and Zell am Ziller and Gerlos. Also, by the river in the early morning...

the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. the hotel itself is gorgeous, with spacious modern rooms and a great spa where I could relax and unwind. the surrounding nature is also beautiful, adding to the overall tranquil atmosphere. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, although I will say that the coffee, which is served from an automatic machine, could have been better. though, the swimming pool was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
Couldn't find any faults at all! 😊

Had the best Christmas vacation ever! the snow was perfect and I had the time of my life skiing. the hotel was located in a beautiful area, surrounded by mountains and had easy access to nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and attentive. the food was delicious with a variety of dishes to choose from. the highlight was the spa and pool area which helped me relax after a long day of skiing. the room was cozy and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
The limited shuttle bus service which made it difficult to explore the nearby towns at night. It would have been great to have more options for evening entertainment.
